If you're looking for an auto repair shop, look no further. These are the most transparent, respectable, and friendly mechanics I've worked with, and I'm truly grateful my brother referred me to them. Given that I'm not a car expert like my brother, I was so grateful to be connected with Jordan at Import Sports from my first call and throughout the process. He was clear in explaining exactly what was going on and kept me notified of any updates. Here's the backstory: I was looking for an auto repair shop that would work with my extended warranty company to get my vehicle inspected after a check engine light came on, and I was thankful Jordan told me they could help. He made the process so easy! I dropped the car off, then Import Sports inspected it that day and found my transmission was in need of repair. Jordan coordinated the next steps with my warranty company (Ally), which included one of Ally's inspectors coming out within 48 hours. After the inspector agreed with Import Sports that the cause was indeed the transmission and shared the next steps that needed to be taken, Jordan contacted me right away to let me know so I could act to get it fixed. I'm thankful to say that due to Jordan's quick and kind support, I'm now back on the road in a vehicle with a repaired transmission. Anytime my car needs work done in the future, I'll be coming back to Import Sports, and I've already let my family and friends know about them as well. Thank you, Jordan and Import Sports Team!!
