Great service and very professional. Worked with my warranty company, Carmax care.

We drove down to a used car dealership from Northern Colorado to check out a specific car that we have been pretty excited about for a week or so. I initially chose Import Sports as the mechanic to run a "pre-purchase" inspection of the car based on the shop's location (within 5 miles of the auto dealership we were dealing with) and the positive reviews I read online. While we had a pretty bad experience with the dealership (who shall remain unnamed in this review!) I must say that I was really impressed with the professionalism and depth of knowledge exhibited by our Service Advisor, Jordan Miles, at Import Sports. They really went over our prospective purchase in incredible detail and gave sound advice about the car's condition. I only wish they were located in NOCO!

Was ready for my car at my appointment time. Oil change and tire rotation in 30 minutes. They have the oil I want and pricing is fair. Really enjoy how friendly and personable the staff is. Thanks Jordan and Bob for keeping her top notch.

I’ve been searching for BMW service that was a reasonable distance from my house. Most seem to be at least 40 minute drive. I decided to try Importsports when I needed to replace spark plugs & coils. Scheduling was easy, location even better than I hoped, clean, easy to navigate website. Unlike a lot of places when you pick up your car there were no greasy hand prints inside or out, Price for service very reasonable. Service time also very reasonable, big plus they have no problem with you bringing your own parts.. Staff very friendly & helpful. I’m happy to say I will be a returning customer and highly recommend Importsports.
