I’ve been searching for BMW service that was a reasonable distance from my house. Most seem to be at least 40 minute drive. I decided to try Importsports when I needed to replace spark plugs & coils. Scheduling was easy, location even better than I hoped, clean, easy to navigate website. Unlike a lot of places when you pick up your car there were no greasy hand prints inside or out, Price for service very reasonable. Service time also very reasonable, big plus they have no problem with you bringing your own parts.. Staff very friendly & helpful. I’m happy to say I will be a returning customer and highly recommend Importsports.

This was my second time coming here and I can say they will forever have my service. I was in this month for an oil change and they found a steering pump and valve leak. Sam was so kind and informative with helping me get everything fixed under my warranty. He was even able to help me get a rental car for 2 days. Thank you for always looking out for your customers!

My Review is late sorry guys. I had my 03 Audi A8L serviced last summer. I took it in for regular service interval then decided to have some major service done on it since I wasn't driving it due to stay at home orders. Jordan was Great his guys inspected my car and found out my control arms were starting to show some wear so I decided to them replaced this was the only thing that was found wrong. These guys are Very Honest and Won't try to sell you unnecessary repairs my control arms were starting to show wear but I could have waited another year or two. The repair costs here are great and so is the service. They will keep in touch with you on your repairs until you receive your car back. Great repair Shop.
