Been here previous with 4 cars, quality work and appear-to-be fair to higher HOURLY RATE/LABOR pricing. This time, was not aware my 2002 TOYOTA Camry needed w/214,400+ miles needed a tune up--but know I had NOT had plugs/compressor etc. changed in over 100,000 miles, so was "over due". The radiator leak/replacement with hoses was just over $500, but that too, was a expensive surprise, but better than a breakdown on the Interstate OR traveling. JORDAN, the front end guy, did give me a break--waived the diagnostic fee ($100) and no labor for air filter charge. Had over $1400 done on struts/motor mounts last year 2019---so for a "paid for car, getting 33-38/MPG on the highway"--cost averaging by the month, I feel safe and confident in bringing our vehicles here--we are in our 70's, retired so with limited INCOME they "attempt" to give us a break---come on now, we ALL GOTTA help pay for SAM'S S-5 TESLA, hey?!? bill kiser
