Position: Service Advisor (IMMEDIATELY HIRING)
Expectations:
- Positive Attitude: Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the employer's values in all interactions.
- Valid Driver's License: Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Customer Service Excellence: Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective services. Oversee repair orders and distribute accordingly.
- Quality Focus: Understand what quality means and consistently meet company standards and customer satisfaction.
- Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams.
- Inspection Oversight: Ensure proper inspections are being conducted to guarantee the highest level of service.
- Typing Skills: Type a minimum of 35 words per minute or faster with correct punctuation and spelling.
- Career and Goals Driven: Must have a proactive approach to career development and goal achievement.
Qualifications:
- Professional Experience: Have a minimum of 1 year of real experience in a professional automotive establishment.
- Background and Drug Tests: Must be able to pass background and drug tests.
- Driving Record: Maintain an acceptable MVR driving record.
