An absolutely wonderful experience. The staff was helpful, very good about communicating what was going on, and managed to diagnose the problem that two other shops had told me they couldn’t find.
This is the only place I take my car now, they never try to sell me anything I don’t need. They have great customer service when it comes to keeping you updated and informed about your cars care.

Import Sports Performance did an amazing job with my car. My 13 year old Honda Element was having an issue and I knew i needed a new engine. They were able to get my car in and back on the road faster than I had hoped and cheaper than I was quoted at another shop. They stayed in communication with me the entire time and worked with me on additional work I wanted done at the same time. Overall one of the best experiences I’ve had with an automotive shop in a long time. ISP will be my go-to shop in the future to keep my car going as long as I can.

The transparency from Sam and the mechanics was the best service I've ever received. It's obvious that they are experts. Thy provide photos, explanations and estimates for repairs and fully break it down. I wont go any where else.
