2013 Suzuki Kizashi threw a belt and stopped on the side of the road, not being from Denver (College student) we found Import Sports on line. When we called for an appointment they were professional and courteous on the phone. Coordinated the car being towed in and scheduled the diagnostic inspection, they were very clear about what the car needed. Parts were ordered. The repairs were done timely and the car runs like new! Two days after getting it back it was driven 2,000 miles to Vermont without any issues. Glad to have found a place to work on our Kizashi!

For years we took our 2007 Acura MDX to the Acura dealership for servicing. And every time it was at least $1,000. Finally, when they wanted to charge us $2,500 for something I was able to repair in five minutes we'd had enough! That's when we found ImportSports. Our experience over the last couple years has been exceptional. They're professional, friendly, timely, and most importantly they value quality work over fleecing their customers. Last week, I took the MDX in for what I thought would be an expensive fix. Well, they took a look at it, came up with an easy solution and didn't even charge me. You just don't see that anymore. I was amazed and very grateful. They definitely have my business going forward.

I want to thank Jordan and his team for not only the quality of care, but the transparency of what was wrong and the willingness to work with me on a rather tight timeline. My Dad passed away suddenly, and needed this repair in order to be able to drive my family to Omaha without worry. I am so grateful for his kindness as it's tough to be calm in such an instance and it * can * be intimidating for women who don't know much about cars. I was so reassured with the openness. I have brought both of my cars here and they do thorough work. They also send proof of their findings so you have validation. They maintain communication and know how to work with CarMax..I enjoy bringing my car because the level of the service.
