Sam was very professional, provided updates on a timely basis and charged a fair price. The mechanic did a great job on what was suppose to be a simple removal of a 5th wheel hitch but due to old bolts and extended wear, it turned into an extended effort. The mechanic did a great job removing the bolts under these conditions.
