Prompt, well-versed re: what needed to be done with my car. They look ample time to fully examine the problem and dove deeper into what caused the issue in the first place. They searched diligently for the parts needed to repair and gave me an honest appraisal that was so appreciated. When in Denver, will get my inspections, etc. by them!!

It has been a pleasure to get your car back on the road. Thanks Kathy!

Destroyed my engine, denied any liability. On my turbo install, they neglected to secure the hoses connecting to the unbarbed T-fitting, causing the hose to blow off. The overboost damaged 2 of my 4 cylinders down to 90 compression within 24 hours. They were at 180 before the install. The engine is now "blown" and must be rebuilt, which they quoted me at $2500-$4000. They said they've done "many" turbo installs without securing hoses to unbarbed T-fittings. Unbelievable.

Hi Cong, Sorry to hear your engine has problems. Your signature along with all the liabilities we cannot be responsible for is on your final invoice. We installed at your request your turbo kit that you provided. All parts including vacuum lines and tees were all your provided parts even your own engine oil you provided. We cannot assume any liablilty since you declined / refused us to properly tune the vehicle to match all your aftermarket parts. Since you got your engine computer "flashed" for what you have by your own personal friend, we didn't test drive the vehicle (which was clearly explained and documented on your final invoice) since we do not know if it was safe or not. It was your choice to not have us tune the vehicle for safety, you chose to take your computer to your friend to have it "flashed" with unknown parameters. Every owner of a vehicle that decides for us to install any forced induction part on a vehicle must sign our waiver form since it will damage your engine in a matter of time. If a specific part failed and we provided / sold the part, we can warranty out that part along with labor. Everything in your kit was all your provided parts. The invoice (along with the signature from you) clearly states all parts were provided by you, denied all our tuning services, and chose to go your own route.

The help was good, the cost was fair. But that's where anything good I have to say ends. Upon receiving my 350Z, which was in for a knock sensor replacement, there was a large smudge of what I assume to be grease/coolant/other auto fluid on the front left fender and tail light, as if someone with very dirty clothing had leaned over it. The spot has never completely washed away, and has damaged the paint. When I inspected under the hood, I found that they had broken off the head on one of the manifold bolts, meaning they did not use the proper torque specs on these very sensitive bolts. The bolt now has to be extracted from the lower plenum. Properly torquing bolts is one of the most basic tasks learned when repairing cars. They didn't mention it to me, nor did they fix it. Being a sports car shop you'd think they would figure that their clientele might actually KNOW a thing or two about auto repair. Absolutely unacceptable!

This is unacceptable from any shop. I am sorry, I do not have your name in our system. I kindly ask you to call us, we will resolve this matter at no cost to you 303-752-2422.

8th year of bringing my cars to here and can say these guys are good at what they do. No b.s. attitudes, straight forward, no pushy saleman guys, just nice and easy to deal with. They have been around for around 13 years or so and it shows why. Their new coffee machine that makes mocha, hot chocolates, etc is a very nice add to the shop. Nice friendly people, and good mechanics.

Great to hear the feedback, we all appreciate it!
