I have been back & forth to this business dealing with my emissions repairs. They have always been polite & professional. They are very transparent with their prices for services. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, I am grateful that I have never felt like I was being taken advantage of or lied to. I really like their setup for setting appointments. Highly recommend.

My engine self destructed on my commute one morning. I got the car towed to Import Sports Performance, not having been a client previously. I found out later that my entire engine needed to be replaced. They not only completed that work but also negotiated on my behalf with my warrantor to get the work covered. I am so impressed with their professionalism and expertise. They have a client for life!

Whole experience here was quick, convenient, and they were a pleasure to work with. They even took extra time to verify that I didn’t have an issue another shop told me I had … and wouldn’t take payment for that extra time. Definitely recommend and will use them again. And for Carmax warranty folks, they’re in the repair network.
