I had to bring my car in because I couldn’t put the front passenger window down from the drivers side and it was slightly sticky when putting it up and down from the passenger seat. I was able to schedule the appointment online, received reminders of my appt. I dropped my car off in the morning, received an update via text early afternoon which included information on not only what I needed fixed but they looked over the entire vehicle and provided estimates on other items that needed updating where I could accept or decline. The only thing that wasn’t clear is how long they would have my car; which was only an overnight. Once my car was ready they sent a text. It was all pretty seamless process.
