Honest, knowledgeable, friendly. I went to the dealership complaining of a noise. Dealer wanted to charge me $1,500 to replace shocks & struts to SEE if that caused problem. Import Sports ck'd & told me tire rubbing on hub cap. Solved the problem - no charge! I won't go anywhere else.
